Medical History and Physical Examination

17. Cheif Complaint:

• Change of voice and excessive hair growth (male pattern) on unexpected areas of the body

17. Present illness:

• Our patient is an 11-year-old girl presented to our hospital with complaining of change of voice that had started since two years ago and progressed gradually to deepening of voice obviously.
• She also complained of excessive hair growth (male pattern) on unexpected areas of the body that had started since one years ago.

17. Associated symptoms:

• Excessive acne in the face and upper part of the chest and back
• No history of hair loss
